Servers at Maddie’s are expected to provide exceptional customer service to guests, as well as guide the guest experience through engagement and education.
Requirements
Primary
Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed on a timely basis.
Hold themselves accountable to the service standards outlined in training
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees, and guests.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
Attend all scheduled educational opportunities
Carry valid TIPS Certification in accordance with ISLD Liquor Laws
Work closely with other staff members to create a “team first” environment
Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
Greet guests, receive food orders and ensure order accuracy
Buss Tables
Polish Glassware
Be on time for every shift
Run Guest food and beverage orders
Tools/Technology
Point-of-sale terminals, POS software, and workstations.
