Join me at Maddie’s Wine & Whiskey Bar in Meridian for a two hour course on sourdough, (start to finish!) on Saturday, 2/15 from 12pm to 2pm! Learn the science behind sourdough, how to feed starter, make dough, perform stretch and folds, bulk fermentation, scoring; all while enjoying a glass of wine, cocktail or mocktail of your choice.


You’ll even be taking home your very own sourdough round to bake later that evening! Not only will you walk away feeling confident to start your sourdough journey. You will also walk away with your very own established sourdough starter, a sourdough kit, a reference guide, AND access to my private post workshop support group on Facebook!


It is highly recommended  that you have a 6-7 quart Dutch oven at home. While open baking is completely doable, the Dutch oven method is tried and true and is the only baking method used at Rise & Loaf Sourdough Co. LLC (there are great options at your local Walmart or Bi-Mart that are reasonably priced!)
