About the event
Our Chef has been eager to flex some culinary muscle and has tailored a unique 4 course pre-fixe menu that they have created.
We have partnered with McCormick Distilling Co to bring the menu to life!
We will have a representative from McCormick offering education and tasting notes on all of the individual spirits.
The Menu:
Appetizer: Mint Pesto Lamb Lollipop; paired with a Broker's Gin 'Mint 75'
Salad: Bruleed Grapefruit with a Fennel and Arugula Salad; paired with a Hussong's Añejo Paloma
Entreé: Apple Cider and Ben Holliday Brined Pork Chop; paired with a Ben Holiday Cider-Old Fashioned
Dessert: Tequila Rose Strawberry Cream Panna Cotta; paired with 360 Vodka Chocolate Martini
